Ok ok, i know the benefits of exercising and I have been telling myself that I want to exercise or rather i HAVE to ....but i have been procastinating. Yes, when comes to exercise, I always procastinate. How I wish i will procastinate when comes to food. But sadly, it never. Anyways, I have decided to sign myself up for a couple of yoga sessions and also go for jogs everyday after work. I hope the endorphines from the exercise can help me release some of the stress that I have been suffering from recently.
